The main element of the Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Partner is a wide flat pillow that serves as support for the head and neck. The shoulder straps connect to soft ankle cuffs via adjustable attachments, so the system helps keep legs in a set position without constant muscle strain.
This setup is especially useful when you need to distribute pressure across several support points. The pillow softens contact with the surface, while the shoulder straps keep the structure in a working position.
